These terms are between you and SpellVenture. By creating an account you agree to them.

Who can have an account

Accounts are for parents and carers aged 18 or over. Children play only through a child profile set up by their parent or carer, who is responsible for their use of SpellVenture.

Your account

• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Give each child a nickname, not their full real name.
• Only add word lists meant for spelling practice.

Price

Parent accounts are free for now. If paid plans are introduced, we will tell you the price and what is included before you are asked to pay, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.

Our service

We work hard to keep SpellVenture running and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. We may change or improve the games over time.

Ending your account

You can stop using SpellVenture at any time and ask us to delete your account through our contact form. We may close accounts that break these terms, and accounts unused for more than 12 months may be deleted.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing in them affects your legal rights as a consumer.
