How it works

• You can ask for a full refund within 30 days of any payment, including yearly renewals.
• Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with.

How to ask for a refund

Our orders are handled by our online reseller Paddle.com, who processes refunds. Visit paddle.net to find your order and request a refund, or use our contact form and we'll help.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from the Family page ("Manage or cancel"). Premium stays on until the end of the year you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
